  Case: Microsoft Teams Glitching Issues
A few students don't pop-up as in class, but they are emailing the teacher saying they are having issues logging into the class. These students are all emailing the teacher that they are receiving an error log-in notice. These students don't want to be marked as absent, but the teacher doesn't have time to deal with these technical issues because he still has an entire in-person class of students to attend to. What resources are available for the online student and how can teachers be prepared for these types of issues when teaching during COVID?

Having back up assignments or a backup plan is always a good idea when relying heavily on technology for lesson delivery. Also, maybe recommend switching or using an alternative platform such as Zoom if you are having multiple and continuous issues with Teams.
