Home | How It Works | Stats Login | Register         Case: Substitute Teachers While being absent, I left lesson plans and directions for the sub. However, when I returned the next day, none of the work was completed and students told me they watched a movie. How can I ensure this doesn't happen again? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) Encourage students to help the substitute when you are absent. Have a small group of students picked out each time you know you'll be out and tell these students it's their task to help the sub that doesn't know how the classroom is run.
