Case: Won't Wear Their Masks
With COVID being a new obstacle teachers must face how can we encourage students to properly wear their mask at all times? Sometimes reminding them of the rules and dangers doesn't stop them. They still mess with the mask and take it off.
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
I would try to remind them on why we wear mask, emphasizing on how we wear them to not let others and ourselves get sick, as germs are 'icky' for the younger kids, or giveing a more in depth explanation on what germs are and how they can be bad for the older kids, so they have an idea on why we are wearing them. Another way would be to give out praises throughout the day on how well they are wearing their mask, and complimenting the students on their mask by saying how cool the designs on their masks are. |

| Comments: While this solution may work, I feel that a flaw would be if there is no incentive or goal that the students work towards, many will not follow the rule. I also think once one or two students do not wear their masks, many more will join. |

| Comments: I actually really like this. Explaining to the students so they know 'why' they are doing it is very important. With my own personal views of masks aside, this is something I would've never thought of! Thanks for sharing! |
