  Case: Online Work Issues
A teacher is constantly receiving completed work for the wrong class from an online student and is having a very hard time communicating with this student. The student doesn't participate in virtual learning conversations and doesn't respond to the teacher's emails, but the student is always present for the virtual class. The teacher isn't sure if the student is having a hard time keeping organized or if they are just not completing the work for this class. What is the next step the teacher should take since communication with the student isn't working?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
I would try to get in contact with the parents and set up a meeting. If it turns out to be organizational issues then there are ways to accommodate the students to help with their needs. Online school can be difficult and teachers must be able to assist when needed. Of course if the student is just not doing their work the the parents should be contacted.
