It has been about a month into my internship and he still has yet to involve me in the classroom. I have taught before at the elementary level and although I don't want to take over the class and I want him to feel comfortable I also want to help. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Since the very beginning of my internship, I have sat down with my CT and been open and honest. This way she knows my assignments, how much I am required to teach, as well as my wanting to teach. Even though you are a month in, I would still sit down with them and be honest and professional.
