The students say they are listening but the test is to difficult to understand. What is the next step to help the students? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I would try a new method of testing, the student may find it easier to have a writer or oral test over completing a multiple-choice test. Finding out what method is easiest for assessment is key.
