Case: Student Teachers and Dress Codes:
A current student-teacher circling around social media currently got removed from her education program and degree path and her current school and university took her out of her student teaching experience to her getting dress coded twice. There was only 1 verbal response, and 1 written response. The student intern shows up to school and all is well for a few weeks, then gets a call from the program director saying that the school does not want her back and that is cannot continue in her program anymore.

Was this right, to handle this situation like this?
What do you think should have happened?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
I personally got dress coded already in my K-5 internship. I was horrified and confused, as I have seen other educators in the exact style dress as I was wearing. I am "busty" and I realize that I could have worn a camisole underneath or a cardigan on top - however I would have been okay with a warning. Of course, it will never happen again, but it was obviously not my first graders who complained - which made me feel even more uncomfortable about the whole thing. I think that is a bit of a cruel and unusual punishment and honestly I would appeal the expulsion.
