It's gotten to the point he will take his penis out and play with it during circle time. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I would contact parents/guardian for the child on the behavior to figure out why this is going on. If the principal or the front office doesn't know of this happening I would also let them in on this students behavior. I think having a behavioral plan or provide him with other ways to express his frustration with the answer no would be another good choice.
