  Case: Co-Teacher Issues
I know a teacher who does not get along with their co-teacher. They are worried that this will translate to the students, if it hasn't already. How can they figure out a solution?

I agree that having a conversation would be the best starting point, if the relationship doesn't get better from there I would maybe try to be professional and civil towards each other in school, if it gets worse in front of students I would then go to the principal with concerns.
