The student's admiration for his peers envying him/her is always the reason behind the defiance of the "No toys allowed from home" rule. How should this be handled? Confiscate? Call Parent? or have the student put it into their backpack? Remember, not to forget the rule violation. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I would remind the students that toys from home are not allowed in class. Try maybe explaining to the child that their toy could get lost, stolen, or damaged and that it should remain in their bag until the end of the day. If the student continues to bring their toys I would reach out to the parent or guardian.
