However, when I returned the next day, none of the work was completed and students told me they watched a movie. How can I ensure this doesn't happen again? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) As a substitute, I find it strange that the sub did not follow the lesson plan. Most of the time I do not have access to the teachers smart board or projector to even play anything like a movie for the students.
