The only issue is when I discuss with the teacher the needs it goes in one ear and floats out the other. I keep trying to help the teacher to understand the importance of where the student is struggling while in class. The ESE teacher blocks any ideas on how to help student be successful in my class. What should I do to best help student? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) This is very unfortunate for the student but I am glad someone is advocating for the student. I think that talking with the head of the ESE department would help a lot. This person is most likely on the IEP team for the student, and if they are not then you should find someone that is.
