Home | How It Works | Stats Login | Register         Case: ASL interpreter While in the classroom there is an American Sign Language interpreter. The ASL interpreter refuses to help pass out paper as it is not his job. This includes passing it out to his deaf student. What would be a good way to communicate why I would like some help? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) It is not the interpreters job to pass out papers. They need to be focused on signing to the student who needs it. One thing that I like to do when I am alone in the classroom is to have a student pass out the papers, or give instructions while walking around the classroom and passing them out myself.
