The student's admiration for his peers envying him/her is always the reason behind the defiance of the "No toys allowed from home" rule. How should this be handled? Confiscate? Call Parent? or have the student put it into their backpack? Remember, not to forget the rule violation. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I would allow students to have a specific time of the day to play and show off their toys, however if this is one class period I may be more strict and not allow toys during the instruction time.
