In a classroom I observe, there are certain prizes students win by completing work, getting 100's, etc. I'm not sure if the students are completely absorbing the information, or just want to quickly complete it to gain a reward. Is there a way to reward students while also not ensuring hard work is involved? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I would suggest different levels of reward for completing work and getting 100s. Anyone can complete the work, make sure they are actually understanding what they are doing for a higher reward.
