Home | How It Works | Stats Login | Register         Case: Making fun of other students is not nice There is a student who always comes to class late and stays past the schools time. I always see other students making fun of this students clothes that they wear. This student is always trying to fit in with the other students by making pranks in class and interrupting the teacher when they speak. I have tried to talk to this student but nothing seems to be working. Does anyone have any solutions for me? I can tell that it hurts this students feelings when they get made fun of. I feel like I have run out of options. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I would have a discussion with the student about their home life and also offer this student to talk to you in the future, checking in with him periodically. I would also have the guidance counselor do a social emotional lesson for the whole class specifically addressing teasing and how it makes others feel.
