Case: How to keep a student on task if you feel as the teacher they are not paying attention Would you perhaps move them more to the front of the classroom? Ask them more questions? Perhaps maybe pull them aside and see if they need to be readjusted in a different area so that they can concentrate more? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I would find time to pull them aside and see why they are having a hard time focusing. After acknowledging their lack of attention, I would let them know my expectations of them moving forward. If the student does not improve on their own, I would take the steps necessary to reduce their distractions. |
