Is there strategies to make sure that the parent knows that the student might need help in areas so they should try and support them whenever they can? Sometimes I can see parents not really caring about the students education especially in later levels but maybe not early levels. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I think being open about what the student may be struggling with is the first step. You could have a personal meeting, either over the phone or face-to-face, and then explain what the student needs help with.
