I think it has been great to get to know the student in their environment, but sometimes it's not a good one, and it can be hard. I find myself frustrated with the parents, and feeling bad for the students. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) Focus on what you are able to do instead of what you are not. You are able to make their school environment a positive and wonderful escape.
