Home | How It Works | Stats Login | Register         Case: One student answers all the questions I have one class a day where a student answers every question I ask. I oftentimes wait to see if others know the answer but they simply expect him to raise his hand and answer so they never do themselves. Many times I tell the class that someone else must answer but I do not want to do this for the entire semester, how can I encourage more participation out of the others and teach the other student about self-control. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I have seen a teacher a while ago when one student would constantly answer all the questions. She started putting all the students names on popsicle sticks in a jar and when she would ask a question she would pull a name out of the jar.
