Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I think making interactive lessons works best. Have a point system, every time a student answers a question correctly they get a point and at the end of the week the top three get a reward. For students who need a little extra help or can't answer questions as quickly as others, it might bring them down when they aren't getting as many points even though they are still trying.
