I have seen cases where parents get angry at the teacher for even calling them. I also have seen cases where parents "don't care" what their students are up to in school. What are some solutions? One solution is to involve administration and guidance in the situation because they have the knowledge and sometimes experience to deal with these difficult situations. These other people may be able to figure out what is going on at home and how to address the issues.
