One of the aids has displayed unacceptable behavior towards some students, mocking them, yelling at them over minor issues, and trying to exclude them from activities. I feel that approaching this aid about the issue would only cause more conflict, what should I do? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I think you should contact administration/the ones that hired said teacher aid. It is important for them to know what it going on.
