I don't want to seem unprofessional, but I have always struggled with maintaining eye contact. What are some suggestions to get rid of the nerves and maintain better eye contact. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) There is a percentage that is used for Teacher Student eye contact and I believe that is 90% I would keep that same percentage during an interview. If you feel uncomfortable then you can maybe drop that percentage to no lower than 75%.
