Home | How It Works | Stats Login | Register         Case: Put in an Uncomfortable Situation I worked in a first-grade classroom and was put in a position where I had to make a phone call home due to the teacher being out. When I called the parent, I was able to keep the conversation as positive as possible, and everything was fine until the parent asked me about how I felt the teacher handles and teaches the class as the parent was concerned about constantly hearing that their child is severely behind academically. I was able to answer this in a way that did not come off as being biased in any way but it was quite uncomfortable. Has anyone else been through this? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) The only appropriate would be telling them that you will personally relay the message to administration and hopefully they will take care of it for better or worse.
