Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I have seen many ways different teachers use incentives. I recently saw a teacher have different colored “levels” and had her students’ names on a magnet that she would move up and down for a variety of different reasons: academic success, social skills, etc… Verbal praise is also great especially with the younger children.
