How do I solve this issue? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I believe sending out a gentle reminder first, stating that eLearning work is to be done independently without help. Also reminding them that working on their own is an important skill for them to learn. If it persists then I would start reaching out individually and ask if the student is completing the work on their own because you are noticing a difference in their work.
