Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I would say having individual incentives is a good thing. Doing things like a pizza party or movie day which is for the whole class is less effective. You could have some students doing all the work and others could give up because they have little faith in their peers. Doing a treasure box or "market" with tickets or coins at the end of the week would then make the students responsible for their own behavior and then hopefully others will want to follow in that positive direction.
