One of the aids has displayed unacceptable behavior towards some students, mocking them, yelling at them over minor issues, and trying to exclude them from activities. I feel that approaching this aid about the issue would only cause more conflict, what should I do? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) Skip the aid and go straight to administration. If the aid is displaying unacceptable behavior to the children, they will likely do the same to you. It is not worth going to them.
