Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) A good incentive system I've seen is Desk Pets! Students get to pick a pet eraser (shaped like an animal) at the beginning of the year, these live in the classroom and students can keep them on their desk. The students can get these pets taken away for bad behavior's and also earn points to buy them food (eraser shaped food), habitats, etc., which comes from good behavior.
