Home | How It Works | Stats Login | Register         Case: Friendly Students Friendship and bonding with fellow classmates but some students can be too good at bonding. During my observations I saw a student where no matter where they were moved in the seating arrangement they would make friends and start becoming a distraction over and over, like a cycle. What would stop this cycle? Would I need to implement a discipline plan? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) Going over the rules and procedures on a regular basis may help in this situation. Sometimes students need to be reminded of what is expected of them. You will always have students that are more outgoing than others and this is not a bad thing. Though, I do remind them that school is a place for learning. If these issues continue to happen, I would send a letter home to the parents, and separate the student on an island.
