During my observations I saw a student where no matter where they were moved in the seating arrangement they would make friends and start becoming a distraction over and over, like a cycle. What would stop this cycle? Would I need to implement a discipline plan? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I think it is great that students are capable of socializing with each other, regardless of their differences. Though, I do remind them that school is a place for learning. If these issues continue to happen, I would send a letter home to the parents, and separate the student on an island.
