During my observations I saw a student where no matter where they were moved in the seating arrangement they would make friends and start becoming a distraction over and over, like a cycle. What would stop this cycle? Would I need to implement a discipline plan? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) If they are academically doing well, I would sit them next to students who are struggling a bit more so that they help each other understand the work better. If they aren't getting work done, I would talk to them after class and let them know the importance of getting their work done to avoid getting a bad grade. If it continues, I would call their parent to let them know that their child likes to be too social (which isn't bad) but aren't getting any work done.
