Home | How It Works | Stats Login | Register         Case: Parents who encourage their child to hit back I have several parents tell me that they encourage their child to hit back if another child hits them. I have explained the school policy several times and the consequences, but they refuse to tell their child to not hit back. What should I do? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I would make sure to inform the student's parents about the school's expectations and that it is not okay for their student to be touching others even if they were touched first. They should take the situation to their teacher.
