Students are to complete it at home and bring it in on or before the due date. A rubric and directions for the project have been given. You allow the students time to work on the project during class or particular days. When the project is due, the student brings in an elaborate project and it is obvious that the student has not done the project. When you ask the student questions during their presentation, they cannot answer them. How do you prevent these situations from reoccuring? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I would have the students complete most of the project in the classroom this way you can ensure that they are doing the work. If the project is completed at home and they cannot give you any information about it I would have the student restart the project.
