One of the aids has displayed unacceptable behavior towards some students, mocking them, yelling at them over minor issues, and trying to exclude them from activities. I feel that approaching this aid about the issue would only cause more conflict, what should I do? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) If possible, I would discuss the issue with the teacher. If that is not a comfortable option, I would discuss the issue with one of the admins. Dont put yourself directly in the hot seat, but I would suggest mentioning it to a higher up. You might not be able to solve it but they will have the resources to address and solve it.
