Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) In the beginning of the year I would figure out the best way to communicate with each parent. Some may prefer to be contacted by email while others may need a phone call. I would then inform my students of how important it is to pass information along to their parents because if they do not, then they may miss out on something.
