  Case: Group of three students
There is a group of three students that make other students feel like they can't speak up or they will be made fun of, and other students do not speak up because those three are a constant distraction in class. How can a teacher change that environment so that these three students do not intimidate the rest of the class anymore?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
My solution would be simply to just split of the three of them and randomly place them in different groups.

The suggested solution is respectful of the individual (student) Yes
The suggested solution is relevant to the case Yes
The suggested solution is reasonable (easy) for the teacher to implement No
The suggested solution is likely to solve the problem/issue No
The suggested solution is original Yes
Comments: Although this may be a good solution I do not think it will solve the problem. The student will still fell misplaced and the others are getting away with treating the student this way. I feel the actual actions of the 3 students need to be addressed first.

Comments: I think that is the first step but I think you'll see this still continuing so I would not just do this solution if it were me. I would need further action because this behavior is unacceptable.

Comments: While yes, the students should be split up, I don't think that is enough action to solve the problem. Even from different areas of the room they would still be able to make comments out loud throughout the class and make students uncomfortable. Splitting them up is a great start but I think a further action would be required as well.

Comments: Although this may help in some way, I do not feel it will solve the problem. There are still times when the three students will be together and they will continue to make fun of their classmates. It sounds like a form of bullying and the teacher should address this issue as whole class explaining why it should not be continued.
