Home | How It Works | Stats Login | Register         Case: Group of three students There is a group of three students that make other students feel like they can't speak up or they will be made fun of, and other students do not speak up because those three are a constant distraction in class. How can a teacher change that environment so that these three students do not intimidate the rest of the class anymore? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) The student will still fell misplaced and the others are getting away with treating the student this way. I feel the actual actions of the 3 students need to be addressed first. I would need further action because this behavior is unacceptable. Even from different areas of the room they would still be able to make comments out loud throughout the class and make students uncomfortable. Splitting them up is a great start but I think a further action would be required as well. There are still times when the three students will be together and they will continue to make fun of their classmates. It sounds like a form of bullying and the teacher should address this issue as whole class explaining why it should not be continued.
