  Case: Grading
Mr. Smith is the world geography teacher who is faced with grading the project related to the benchmark: Monitor the effects of pollution on a specific stream. Some students have turned in written reports, some have prepared oral presentations, some have drawn graphs or charts, and others have a PowerPoint slide show prepared. Just deciding how to grade such diverse products can be overwhelming.
What should Mr. Smith do to grade his students' work evenly?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
Mr. Smith could come up with a rubric that consists of the student being graded on how they present their project in front of the class. Also, if the students use a good tone while speaking and presenting their projects. Also, if the students projects are clear and easy to read can be another criteria in the rubric. This way that all students can get graded fairly, and receive the same amount of points possible.
