I believe that it is every educators responsibility to develop goals and objectives for the curriculum. The education of my students is my responsibility. As such, I need to develop my goals to meet the needs of my students and to align the goals and objectives with the curriculum. |

| Comments: Yes, in the interview you should make sure the principal knows you will own the curriculum and classroom. You should ensure him you will make these students successful with or without anyone else while still being a team player, delicate balance. But make sure you let the interviewer know you will lead others in a positive way. |
