However, there are several factors to consider. It does not mean students have the depth of knowledge or understanding because they passed the test. After all, with multiple choice tests there is a 25 percent probability of selecting the correct answer. Students still need experiences / practices with the skills to ensure student know and understand the accurate process to determine the correct answers. I would need more evidence of readiness for the posttest. I would give the posttest after instruction on skills based on student performance on other informal and formal assessments.
