He was approached by his administrator to provide a copy of each assessment he plans to administer to the upcoming senior class for British Literature. Mr. Jones did not believe it was ethical so he did not submit the assessments to his administrator. What is the teacher to do or what recourse does he have? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) At my school, we have to sign out benchmark assessments with our instructional coach, in the same manner as signing out standardized state test.
