  Case: Laptop computer
An elementary teacher named George checked out a laptop computer from his schools computer lab so that he could do some work at home. The following week, another teacher used the same laptop computer and noticed that there were numerous clips of pornography saved in a video file on the hard-drive. With the help of the district's technology specialist, the school principal traced the pornographic images to the week that George had used the computer. George admitted to viewing pornography in the privacy of his own home on the laptop. His employment was immediately terminated. George filed suit. The courts ruled against him. Why?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
I feel that the courts ruled against him because what he did was illegal. He checked out private school property and used it for something other than work which is against the code of ethics.
