Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I feel as if this should be an individual case by case situation. Each student's problem must be discussed individually by a team of professionals and the parents. If student is 16 or older, the student should also be able to attend. When I think of this situation, I can only think about IEP. They are individualized and I feel as if this should also be based case by case.
