Every time they get into trouble it is their own fault, but they always claim that everyone is picking on them. Each time they are reprimanded they state that they hate the school, and class, and students, etc. in a very disruptive manner. What could you do for the student so that they do not act out in such a way? How would you get to the bottom of their behavior? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) Suggest to the student that he or she should write down suggestions to make the specific situation better. What is it that you hate about school? Write down a solution. Many will be improbable solutions but you may get one or two that can be implemented. This would also help get to the bottom of what is truly bothering the student.
