  Case: Job Interview Blunder
You're at a job interview and you become nervous and lack focus. How do you get back on track without losing your composure?

Comments: I honestly don't see any concrete solution shown here. It is important to be aware and get back on track but how do you propose doing this?

Comments: If you have never done it before you will not know what to be prepared for, ask around find out more about the principal and the school.

Comments: I would rely on a little bit of more planning for panicking moments. Notes would be a good idea.

Comments: If I were in this situation, I would not use this solution because if I am thinking that I need to get back on track, I am just going to become more nervous. There needs to be a tactic to help relieve the stress before, during, and after the interview.

Comments: It's important to take a deep breath and, even sometimes acknowledging that you need to get back on track is key.
