You're at a job interview and you become nervous and lack focus. How do you get back on track without losing your composure?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
This has happened to me. Being aware that you need to get back on track is a good start. |

Comments: I would rely on a little bit of more planning for panicking moments. Notes would be a good idea. |

Comments: If I were in this situation, I would not use this solution because if I am thinking that I need to get back on track, I am just going to become more nervous. There needs to be a tactic to help relieve the stress before, during, and after the interview. |
