  Case: Hygiene
Albert is a 20 year old student in a self contained classroom. He continually is arriving to school with severe hygiene issues. His parents say he is bathed daily. From the evidence he is exhibiting the bathing is not happening. What is the best way to address this issue?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
I would have a conversation with Albert. I would engage in the conversation as you care about him personally and you want to help. See if there is anything you could help with. Maybe he isn't bathing and it's due to not having a bar of soap or a shower present. If it keeps occurring, I would sit down with his parents and talk things out because obviously something isn't right. I also like the include it as a lesson so it is something he can learn about as well.
