  Case: Bullying
One little girl in my class suffers from fetal alcohol syndrome. She is constantly being bullied because she looks and acts different from the other kids. What are some ways to help the other students understand, yes, she might be different, but thats no reason to bully her?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
I would talk to your class as a whole without the girl in your class and explain to them that everyone is different and that bullying will not be tolerated in your classroom. Talk to the administrators at your school because bullying needs to be reported and if it continues report the students who are bullying to the office.
