The teacher filed a law suit against the district claiming her rights were violated. The district countered that such a public display of homosexuality would inhibit the teacher's effectiveness. How should the courts rule? What legal considerations should be examined? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) There is no possible reason that her effectiveness would be inhibited.
