However, when state mandated tests are given all students take the same test that asks them the same questions. This is not differentiation. If we are to differentiate to meet needs of students, why aren't standardized tests differentiated as well? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I think the important thing to remember about differentiation is that we are using it as a tool to help students "reach the finish line".
